Worster, CPM® Owner/Broker Jerry received his bachelors degree in secondary science education from Ohio State University in 1971 continues post baccalaureate at the University of Oklahoma. Jerry was granted the designation of Certified Property Manager, CPM, by the Institute of Real Estate Management of the National Association of Realtors in 1992. In addition to innovative and "trail blazing" projects such as the first public-private-neighborhood venture using CHDO funding in redevelopment/renovation in Historic OKC Neighborhoods, and the four year volunteer effort to restructure Community Services provision by creating a "one stop" location housing community service organizations, he remains active in the day to day operations of the management process.

Worster, GRI, CPM® Broker Associate / Vice President With prior experience in personnel management, residential construction, and desktop publishing, Brad has worked in the real estate industry since 1994. Brad works primarily on real estate investment marketing, leasing and sales and multimedia marketing solutions. Brad also is an approved continuing education instructor by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission to teach Economics, Investment, Property Management, Salesmanship & Marketing, Commercial, Negotiations, Referral & Relocation and Taxes as they relate to the Real Estate industry. Currently, he developed and teaches two Commercial Real Estate courses for the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® Graduate REALTOR® Institute.
